Eric, was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He and his wife, Katie, met there while he was working in a coffee shop. They got married in 2016. In 2018 Eric began his studies at Palmer Theological Seminary, in St. David's, PA. While in seminary, he began working part-time in youth ministry at Resurrection Philadelphia. Eric graduated from Palmer with an M.Div. in 2021, and was ordained July 2022. He was called as the pastor of Dunningville Reformed Church in the winter of 2022.

Eric and Katie have two children children: Soren and Eden. Their family loves pretty much any activity out in nature, including camping, hiking, and paddling. Eric and Katie are also avid readers, often found hanging in a coffeeshop, and enjoy checking out a new brewery wherever they go adventuring. Eric also loves to write and talk about theology, books, nature, and poetry.
